Greg Parets, Director

Greg Parets is a founding member of Finpublica’s board.  He is a senior financial executive with extensive expertise helping companies grow, optimize their operations, and adapt to change.  Additionally, Greg has become a champion for ESG and DE&I issues through his professional and volunteer work.

Greg has over 20 years of experience in strategy, law, and investment banking.  Most recently, he served as Managing Director - Business Transformation Executive at Bank of America, where he drove one of the largest change initiatives for the wealth management business.  Prior to that role, he served in a variety of leadership roles within Bank of America, UBS, and Boston Consulting Group. He also worked in investment banking at Chase Securities.  Through this experience, Greg has gained broad exposure across financial services, including retail and institutional segments, investment and banking products, private and public markets, and incumbent players and fintechs. 


Greg also is on the board of Knology – a not-for-profit organization focused on leveraging social science research to support the environment, culture, and financial inclusion - and serves as President of the parents association for The Computer School, a New York City public middle school.

Greg is a graduate of The George Washington University and Harvard Law School   He lives in New York City with his wife and three children.
