Manoj Panjwani, Director

Manoj Panjwani is a founding member of Finpublica’s board. He has over 25 years of international banking experience in developed and emerging markets across Asia, Europe and North America. As a member of HSBC’s International Management cadre, he held several senior leadership positions in business, strategy, and risk management. Beyond banking, Manoj is engaged in the social enterprise sector and is highly motivated to apply his skills, capabilities, and experience to support initiatives in impact investing, education, sustainability, and the broader nonprofit space. He currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University’s School of Professional Services, where in addition to teaching, he engages in student and alumni activities. Manoj is also a board member at Knology (a non-profit organization focused on leveraging social science research for the public good), and a member of Impact Capital Forum in New York City, Columbia Sustainable Finance Professionals Network, and the New York City Chapter of Risk Management Association.

Manoj holds a Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s degree from Mumbai University, India, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from India.
